Expert Testimony in Water Court

In water rights and water contamination issues, there is sometimes the need for expert testimony as part of the litigation.

Mr. Lytle, President of LWS, has lengthy experience and expertise to provide litigation support to attorneys in cases in Water Courts and District Courts. Expert testimony has been provided related to injury to existing water rights, adjudication of new rights, and changes of use. Mr. Lytle has also testified in water rights valuations, assessment of liability related to surface and ground water contamination, and the analysis and assessment of environmental issues with surface and ground water in State and Federal District Courts.
